Individual Photo Directory
This report generates compact photo directories with individual photos and custom listing preferences for member contact info. It can also display asterisks beside non-members. It requires several of custom fields, which are described in the notes at the top of the code.

Household Dynamic Mailing Labels - Avery 5160
This report dynamically generates mailing labels based on the results from a list. Only the names of people on the list will be included on the mailing label. If both members of a married couple are included on the list, they will print as either "John & Jane Smith" or "John Smith & Jane Doe," based on whether they share the same last name. If two unmarried adults (who are members on the same household) are included, they will show as "John Smith, Jane Doe." In all cases, the primary contact will be listed first, and all names will include a prefix (if set). If only children in a household are included, the household name will be printed instead.

It requires several of custom fields, which are described in the notes at the top of the code. If you want to create a PDF for this report, you must generate it as HTML, and then convert to PDF. This is because of the way Planning Center's PDF generator handles (or doesn't handle) image files in custom tabs.

Multiple Households
Shows people from a list only if they are members of multiple households. Includes the names and members of those households, along with any additional data columns included in the list.

Extended Giving Statement
For churches that want to record and report certain types of giving, which cannot be recorded directly in PCO Giving (e.g. gifts in kind, third-party distributions, etc.). It generates statements per household, including all notes with a specified prefix, within the specified dates. To use, create note categories with specified prefix (default is "Extended Giving - "). Each note created in these categories will appear on the statement, including the date, the name of the category (after the prefix) and the description.

This report adds a column to the default report with the note contents for each person. Notes can be filtered by category and by date range.

Mailing Labels - Custom Sizes
This report makes it easier to create custom label sizes. Plug in the measurements of your labels at the top, and format the contents. Make sure to include units in the measurements, with no space after the number. (You can use millimeters for metric sizes.)
